After watching Ken Robinson's TED Talk about education, express your thoughts on how his views do/do not relate to the concept of Genius Hour. What about Ken Robinson's views do you agree/disagree with?
Ken Robinson's views do in fact relate to genius hour, because he wants to make positive changes in the world and that's what genius hour is really about; making things better through views and ideas. I agree with many of his views about education, especially on the topic of how things should be more individualized, and how there's such pressure. From a young age, information about required classes, future career choices, college plans, etc. are stuffed down children's throats, and it is simply not right. There is too much of an emphasis at this young of an age, and Ken Robinson had some very agreeable points.
